Community House & Park Regulations
The North Rosedale Park Community House and Grounds are privately owned and maintained by the dues paying members of the North Rosedale Park Civic Association. The NRPCA is not responsible for any personal injuries, theft, loss or damage to personal property during the use of the Community House or grounds.
These regulations are strictly enforced and violaters will be prosecuted under the law.
Park Grounds Open Daily at Sunrise and Close at Dusk
The Park is under surveillance and is a drug and alcohol-free zone.

- No littering
- Dogs must be leashed at all times
- You are responsible for cleaning up after your pet
- No barbecuing or fires
- No fireworks
- If there is a rental at the Community House, the parking lot is reserved for renters
- Sports teams must clean up, lock restrooms, and parking gate after the game
Guidelines for the Children's Playground
- Children must be 12 or younger to use the playground
- Children must be accompanied by an adult
- No littering
- No cursing. Courteous language and polite manners are required
- No dogs are allowed on the playground
- No barbecuing, fires or cooking
- No loitering
