- A variety of social events that promote a sense of community
- Maintenance of the Community House and Grounds
- Advocacy efforts to request improve city, county, and state services
- Community House Rental Discount

Dusing Security & Surveillance
All North Rosedale Park residents are expected to subscribe to Dusing Security & Surveillance Services, our neighborhood security service. DSS provides mobile security patrols for the neighborhood. The number of North Rosedale Park subscribers determines the level of coverage. Dusing will provide monitoring services for new or existing home alarm systems at no additional cost to residents who sign up for Dusing's mobile service. Complete the sign up form and mail it along with your payment directly to DSS.
