Welcome to the historic community of North Rosedale Park
We're one of the top neighborhoods in southeast Michigan,
known for elegant homes and great neighbors

Located in the northwest Detroit, our neighborhood offers numerous activities with a focus on family and community involvement. As the only Detroit neighborhood with its own private community house and 4-acre park, our scenic tree-laden neighborhood is a safe place to call home.

Consider North Rosedale Park if you're looking for not just a new home but a neighborhood!

2012 Grandmont Rosedale Quality of Life Plan Now Available

Picture
Working together for the future of North Rosedale Park, residents participated in the Grandmont Rosedale Quality of Life planning process led by the Grandmont Rosedale Community Development Corporation. The Grandmont Rosedale Quality of Life Plan is the result of extensive community input and research. The goals provide our vision for the future and offer key projects that will maintain the distinctive quality and character of the five neighborhoods in the Grandmont Rosedale Park community. All North Rosedale Park residents are encouraged to read the plan and get involved by contacting info@grandmontrosedale.com

The process is an initiative of the Detroit Local Support Initiatives Corporation, which is working to establish Quality of Life Plans for three Detroit neighborhoods through its Sustainable Communities Program.

The North Rosedale Park Legacy Project

Picture
The North Rosedale Park Community House and grounds have served as the focal point for community events for over 80 years. They’ve quietly aged and are in need of major repair and renovation in order to effectively serve North Rosedale Park and our surrounding neighborhoods. Your feedback is critical to the success of this project. Check out the Capital Campaign Page on our website to learn how you can help.
