_ The attached form can be used by Block Captains to record the vacant house(s) on your block.  Completed forms can be returned by clicking the “submit by email” button and the information will be emailed directly to the Vacant House Task Force. Printed forms can also be sent to Fred Russell.   The use of this form helps the Vacant House Task Force update the list of vacant homes in our area.  We use the list to keep pressure on the responsible parties to maintain and secure the vacant properties in North Rosedale Park.  The CB Patrol will also use the list to pay closer attention to vacant properties.
