We are proud of our neighborhood. Located in Northwest Detroit, North Rosedale Park is the only neighborhood in the city with a privately-owned Community House and 4-acre park. The neighborhood association and community organization for this area is the North Rosedale Park Civic Association (NRPCA), which has been in existence since 1923. The Civic Association is governed by volunteers who live in the neighborhood and are elected annually by NRPCA members.
North Rosedale Park offers numerous amenities and activities with a focus on family and community involvement, ranging from athletics to annual family events. Some of our activities include the June Day Parade, which kicks off the start of the summer in the neighborhood. We have a variety of youth sports programs, from soccer to baseball. The annual Steak Roast is a neighborhood tradition. The North Rosedale Park Home and Garden Tour is an important showcase and recently Hour Detroit Magazine named the tour as one of the "101 Things Every Detroiter Must Do." The neighborhood even boasts its own theater production group - The Park Players
