The North Rosedale Park Civic Association will host a final reading of proposed changes to the NRPCA Constitution and Bylaws on May 16, 2011 at the Community House. The meeting starts at 7:00 PM.
This meeting is critical to the future of our neighborhood and all NRPCA members are strongly encouraged to attend. Please refer to the following documents to prepare for the meeting:
1) A description on how these revisions are related to the upcoming capital campaign to renovate the Community House & Grounds.
2) A comparison of the current Constitution and By-Laws to the proposed revised Constitution which will be included in the restated Articles of Incorporation.
