All activities on the grounds of the North Rosedale Park Community House
June Day is a North Rosedale Park TRADITION and a time when our neighborhood joins together to celebrate the official start of summer. Join us on the grounds of the North Rosedale Park Community House for a day full of family fun. This year, we will again partner with the Great Northwestern District of the Detroit Police Department, who will link the festivities into their annual Crime Walk.
The neighborhood parade begins at 11:00 am featuring Detroit City Councilman James Tate, as the 2010 Grand Marshall and the Cass Technical High School Marchinng Band. Neighborhood kids 12 and under are encouraged to decorate their bikes to ride in the parade. Prizes will be given for the best decorated bikes.
